Stainless Steel Turn Tables
An accumulation table is a purpose-built machine with a circular, motorized rotating surface designed to organize, collect, or distribute bottles within a packaging line. These tables can be positioned at the start, middle, or end of production to manage bottle flow, absorb production variations, and support continuous, efficient operation.
When installed at the beginning of a bottle packaging line, a rotary accumulation table allows operators to load large quantities of empty bottles at once instead of feeding them individually onto a conveyor. The rotating surface then smoothly releases the bottles in a single-file stream, ensuring a consistent and controlled feed into the system.
Placed in the middle of a packaging line, rotary accumulation tables function as buffer zones that help balance speed differences between upstream and downstream equipment. During production surges or temporary slowdowns, excess bottles are held on the rotating table, preventing congestion and downtime. As conditions normalize, the bottles are released gradually, maintaining steady throughput and overall line efficiency.
At the end of a bottle packaging line, rotary accumulation tables provide a controlled collection point for finished containers. By temporarily holding completed bottles, they prevent line backups and give operators the flexibility to pack, inspect, or label products without interrupting upstream operations, ensuring a smooth and uninterrupted workflow.
